PSP video halp.?

Ok I have the aimersoft PSP video converter so it will of coarse convert my vids from avi to mpa. when ever its done, and partially the time it doesnt work, it will be show as an M4V file. Is that also MP4? Another problem is that when I poot it contained by the MP_ROOT file and later inside the 100MNV bla bla bla or what ever and then whip my psp off usb mode. my memory stick will hold less space because of the video but the video wont show up contained by the video section. it say you can transfre videos from your ps3 or computer through usb... AND I DID! whats up?

It will do the put the converted programs contained by that same root folder and it should work!

What firmware version do you enjoy? Try making a folder named VIDEO within the root of the PSP.

IF you have firmware v2.71, you cannot use the VIDEO folder surrounded by the root directory. That was not introduced until firmware v2.80.

You will own to make a folder call MP_ROOT beside (not inside) the PSP folder, and then inside that craft a couple of other folders called 100MNV01 and 100ANV01.

Video and movie files for the PSP come surrounded by a couple of flavors. If the file is an AVC format MP4, put it within the 100ANV01 folder inside the MP_ROOT folder. However, if it is an older plain vanilla MP4, it should be in motion in a folder call 100MNV01 also inside the MP_ROOT folder.
The older firmware will not adopt sensible names such as FamilyGuy.MP4. The MP4 files involve to be named surrounded by the format M4Vxxxxx.MP4, where the five x's are numbers of your choice. Again, if the video is AVC encoded MP4, it should be name like MAQxxxxx.MP4. All assets letters, including the folders.
