Answers: u hsould try and thieve it back and get sure u said u havnt tocuhed it and it came liek this. but they might not hold it bak cuz its opend and theres no proof that u didnt drop it or something but id still try
I would purloin it back. I would be pissed if my ipod come with a crater surrounded by it.
