How do you dispose of CDs?

i'm talking just about the blank ones that you buy to burn stuff onto.

i have integral bunch that i burned music onto, i don't need them anymore, how do i dispose of them? are they green?

Answers:    I don't think they are made of the polycarbonate(plastic) that is to say recyclable. If you are worried around personal info on the cd's you can buy a shredder that shreds them. If not, just throw them out beside the garbage.
I assume they are CD-R, stir buy a shotgun and do some skeet shooting ....
