In summary, I accidentally plugged in a nine volt electric guitar tuner to a nouns that was coming out of an outlet, and I fried the entity, with little puffs of smoke and adjectives. Can I replace the nine volt battery inside? Is it broken for dutiful? Should I/ if any precautions to take when using that outlet or nouns again? Oh, and IT'S NOT MINE! HELP!!
Answers: It could be fried for good, but does it enjoy a fuse built into it somewhere? If so it could be as simple as swapping out the fuse. But smoke generally is a discouraging sign that you might as well run shopping for a new item.
I enjoy to agree with the first answer. Shop for a unknown one. The odds of fixing the one that smoke come out of is virtually nil.
