This will be my first GPS. Does the Omnitech allow map updates? How do you do this? Some (eg.TomTom) are free



Answers:    I don't think so. If you check their website, you will realize that it have been impulsively created to exploit the Christmas time. But no complaint with the component itself. It is very accurate within locating and quick contained by route recalculation.
I understand you must compensate for an update. Many GPS mfgs charge for an update tho which I don't like.
