I'm looking to buy a portable GPS element?

needs to hold the following:
4.3" widescreen
text-to-speech (actually saying street names)
and next to the least amount of problems


Answers:    Get a Garmin. They own feature to accommodate adjectives. I have be using them for years, and never had a problem.
Take a look at the Garmin Nuvi 660 or 680. Either one should congregate your needs.
