What do you infer of unsolitated call when your on the National Do Not Call List?

I hate this stuff going on.

I registered at least 3 phone number near the feds. I still keep getting phone call from people and businees I never contacted.

Believe it or not, your cell phone immediately is a new target for unsolitated phone call and you pay for them too.
