My father & I are in the middle of an argument roughly computer speakers. My side of the argument is that the amount of watts and the size of speakers doesn't tell the power of the sound. My father keep telling my almost his speakers from like 15 years ago that be huge and like 700 watt that are better than anything out in a minute. How can I explain to him that there are speakers that work on smaller amount power and are smaller but are the exact same quality?

There be a 1000 watt surround sound system surrounded by Best Buy, and it sounded like crap, but subsequent to it was a speaker system partially its wattage, and sounded a thousand times better.
So that amount of watts COULD justify its nouns but most likely it won't.
