Lpfm transmitter?
it works but have a lot of distortion on output
on adjectives frequencies 88-108 mhz
this unit is 450mw
i also hold a 10mw fm transmitter that works with no distortion.
i own tried two different antennas, which both work with the little 10mw part.
i think near may be something wrong with the tugicom section and i dont have a brochure or any schematic.
any ideas on how to achieve rid of this distortion problem or where to seize a manual will be appreciated much.
Answers: Below is almanac for Tugicom TX180A (may be of some help).
Distortion is often cause by over-driving the input audio modulation level. Back-off on the input audio plane and see if that helps.
Make sure you enjoy a good "clean" DC power supply. Hum and ripple on power supply can do distortion on modulation and transmitted signals.
