How do you set up the microphone contained by Rock Band?

When i have to microphone plugged within it does not show up as a controller and when i go to multiplayer it does not show up as a controller. Whats the matter?


Answers:    u connect it to the usb things at the bottom of the 360 (u probably already did that)
then, u hold to turn on ur regular controller for the 360 to detect it
