Instructions:
1) Download the installer and install "Handbrake." into your computer.
2) Insert your DVD into your PC's DVD drive.
3) Open Handbrake (Start > All Programs > Handbrake > Handbrake)
4) Browse for the Source (Select the "VIDEO_TS" folder from your DVD drive)
5) Set the destination file.
6) Click the "Show presets button" at the upper right portion of the pane and click the preset which suits your needs:
iPhone/iPod Touch - for iPhone and Touch
iPod High-Rez - preferably for iPod Video
iPod Low-Rez - preferably for iPod Nano
For subtitles (optional):
7) Click the "Audio & Subtitles" tab and select the desired subtitle.
8) Press "Encode Video" at the lower right portion of the skylight. Encoding may take a while depending on your computer's specifications.
9) Open your iTunes and put in the movie file into your library by clicking "File > Add File to Library..."
For iPods:
10) To sync it near your iPod, plug in your iPod. Select the "Movies" tab, click the checkbox "Sync movies" and set the desired settings.
11) Press "Sync" at the lower right portion of your iTunes skylight.

iPod can not support all format files.It can support MP4 format.

If the DVD is mp4 format.You can directly verbs the DVD to iPod using iTunes.
Open your iTunes, click “File” from the upper left corner, select “Add wallet to library”, browse your computer hard drive and find the DVD, select the songs you prefer, click OK and the video will be put within your iTunes. Then you can just verbs the DVD to your iPod from iTunes.
If the DVD is not mp4 format.You need a convert software to relief you convert the DVD to MP4 format.And them transfer the video that be converted to iTunes.
