I found a GPS TRACKING device...?

I found a GPS tracking device. How do I use it?? Does it take battery? Where can I find directions for this model by GARMIN 76CSX ? I found it on the street. How could someone lose such a big device?!

no it doesn't own batteries you necessitate a charger hand it contained by to the police station if its not claimed then you could probley enjoy it until then if you don't know how to use it and you want instructions then its not intended to be yours figure it out on your own if you are going to keep hold of it with the amount of money they cost i would be devastated to lose mine so do the right entry and hand it contained by or put a notice within the paper or where on earth you found it but they have to show you the acceptance for the product and the model serial number please be nice
