My ipod is new, i newly gotted a few days ago and i put in music, but presently all the sudden it won't turn on, i check the hold button and its correct.. i plug it contained by the computer and nothing will begin, their isn't no code or anything .. what should i do ?..also the first time i charged it , it was fine .. i turn it past its sell-by date and around 10 or 12 hours later when i needed to use it , it said i had to recharge it again, and it have been doing that adjectives the time now,, for these previous days.. what's going on?.. any suggestions?

if it is a nano, try resetting it ( it will not erase music) hold down the menu and middle button also go on www.apple.com and click support. here might be forums that can help you
press the middle round button and the play/pause button at indistinguishable time and hold it. that worked on mine before
