Want to hire a blind and projector for our honeymoon...?
The cameraman can have a nurture from his video to the projector, but I just considered necessary to find out more about what projector we should use.
We hold been told we can own the 3000, 3700 or 5500 lumen. We are obviously on a budget and want to use the cheapest one that will do the work.
The wedding is unsettled Oct at 5pm, so hopefully no sun will be shining through the marquee. Therefore do you have any guidance on which projector we can get away beside? Hoping we can use the 3000 lumen as its alot cheaper!
It will be projected on a very roomy screen (10' by 8') so don't know if requires a better projector or not? any counsel would be really appreciated! thanks :)
Answers: Don't really reason you're going to want to hear this -- but -- the "lumens" involved in the rating on such equipment have to do with the power of the projector to THROW the photograph to the target screen -------- In a venue such as you are speaking of here -- at this time of sunshine (even considering the ambient light at this somewhat following date and subsequent more moderate light height ) is STILL going to require some real punch -- ESPECIALLY considering the size of this eyeshade -- you're talking BIG ---- Even though you might consider moving a smaller projecter closer TO the peak -- and bringing the image to the largest possible from that shorter distance --- you are going to weave up WITH a considerably smaller image nouns anyway you figure it !
You are going to want the largest that you can afford here !!
The best of these should give you a dickens of an picture that covers the screen nouns from a reasonable distance here --- the mid capacity will be somewhat of a compromise in and of itself --- but the smaller of these is markedly going to present problems -- unless you are willing to settle for a MUCH reduced depiction size and somewhat less brilliant representation !
Sorry --- but, you DID ask !
Unfortunately, I'd have to agree near the poster above unless it's pretty dark at 5pm where on earth you are. It would cost in the Tens of thousands to purchase a pj that would bequeath you enough "punch" for a picture you would be jovial with within a lighted condition.
Where I live the official sunset is at 7:45, but it's still close to 8:15 or 8:30 up to that time the picture gets really wearing clothes on my backyard theater. Plus, you always enjoy the glare to contend next to.
