Where can i download a free decriminalized dvd decoder?

My laptop cannot play dvds so i nid a free dvd decoder that is endorsed... where can i gain it? or atleast paste contained by the link... gratitude


Answers:    Not sure if you'll find a generic decoder. I always use VLC player to outlook dvd's because of this problem. It either have a built in one or only doesn't need one. Good luck!
