When I plug the recorder into the computer it transfers files to the recorder's program into one of four folders and when I find the right folder of downloaded recordings, it shows up in a .voc format. Windows Media Player nor Real Player will verbs these up for me to burn because they say the report is not recognized. I converted one record file to a .wav format but WMP still does not endorse it. I would like to pilfer the .voc files and put them on a cd for editing and playback. I am not the sharpest one on computers. Much thanks for any give support to!
Answers: Try downloading Media Monkey:

Convert your files into .WAV format, and then consent to Media Monkey get them. It should know how to burn them to CD, or failing that, it can convert them to MP3 or something else and consequently WMP can burn them
Media Monkey also says that you can return with plugins for additional functions close to editing or equalizing volume and stuff, but I am not familiar next to that.
You may want to google for the latest LAME MP3 encoder, and replace the one that comes next to MediaMonkey.
