There is something wrong near my Epiphone G-400 Sg. HELP!?
Answers: Does it look in place?; if yes, consequently it's fine. They're held by screws through a small spring, approaching from the end of a pin, that holds them within place. if one was to push on them, it would move a moment or two, even up and down, like the retractable pin. also, they are usually in tune somewhat closer on the high side to hang on to the volume the same across adjectives strings of different tension/diameter. This height fanlight is only verified while amplified, i.e. closer is not other louder due to string vibration frequency -vs- flux smudge mutual inductance.
If it really is loose, tighten it some with a screwdriver, formulate sure it goes through the spring and usually/sometimes they hold two screws on one side and one on the other. bring in the pickup level near the strings not the body i.e. as the bridge is higher than the nut.
