Is this an alarm clock (or compact disc player) that can wake up me up near a distinctive song from a compact disc?

I'm trying to find a device (either a CD player or an alarm clock) that can rouse me up with a song that I choose from any disc of mine. Is there such a entity? Where can I find it?
