Unfortunately no. The electrical parameters of PC flyback transformers are adjectives pretty much the same, but the physical dimensions and pin arrangements are widely different. So, you can failure up with a flyback that would do the livelihood electrically, but won't fit on the board. They should have standardized these things, but never did. Now that CRT equipment is hastily on the way out, it won't surface.
