Do I call for a license to use a walkie talkie?

I have bought a set of NE-358 Walkie-Talkies I don't know much going on for them but they are 499-480 MHz...I think I obligation a liscense to use them but am unsure about what type and how to win one.

Private citizens are not authorized on most of the frequencies. All you could use it for is amateur radio, but you need a license. While FRS/GMRS operate contained by the range you mentioned, these radio are not type-accepted for use on those services.
