I involve relieve beside my Fly Pentop .?

I just get the fly pen for Christmas and it was smooth sailing from at hand. Everything was working fine, when i plug the pen into my computer it approved it and i was competent to add mp3's and downloads. Now my computer doesn't even sense it . when i turn my pen on it jut blink after the greeting, i made sure the tape was stale so that's not the problem. The pen button doesn't even turn to yellow or red very soon when plug up. I need serious relieve because school starts on the 7th on Jan.


Answers:    Here's what you do:
Try shifting the USB PORT (the hole you plug the USB cable into). It may just be that the port isn't working. Also try shifting computers. For example if you have an extra laptop or computer lying around try plugging it into it (make sure laptop is plugged contained by or else nought will happen. Also try using a different USB CABLE. The fly fusion pen uses a standard USB cable so purely switch it with different one nad try it again.
If adjectives of this still doesnt work call this number (customer service) 1-8OO-701-5327. You may own to stay on hold for a while (one time I waited for almost 40 mins until someone be able to assist but another time as soon as I connected the call someone be on the other line equipped to help.
I have troubles with my fly fusion pen and be able to receive them to send me a unsullied one for free.
