this may sound stupid or something but... would it be possible to connect a stereo speaker to a usb rope and then plug surrounded by the usb wire and it would work ?... (I own a usb wire that I cut bad one end and put a adherent from a crap computer in my other one..via usb ..) so I already hold the usb cable ready.. I'd lately buy the wire to connect a computer to a stereo but the stereo does not work..

No, it doesn't nouns stupid. Powered speakers from a USB port sound close to a pretty good model to me, especially for a laptop. I don't see it happening that confident though. If they are powered speakers you could make it work if:
A) The speakers run on 12 VDC
and
B) You run a rope parallel to the USB to the audio out jack
That's the only mode i can see it happening, you can power adjectives kinds of things, similar to that fan, from a USB port, but it be still designed as a communications port, not for audio out.
