Answers: First make sure the cable you have are shielded-meaning the center rope of the cable is surrounded by a woven (braided)looking wire, also commonly specified as musical instrument cable, as opposed to non shielded cable which is used to connect amp to speaker. Now beside a shielded cable, connect guitar to input of effect box, then near shielded cable, connect output of effects box to input side of the amp. I will assume you need a separate speaker cabinet to connect the amp, unless the other hole beside the pic of a speaker is for additional speaker cabinet. For using that hole, use a non shielded cable, commonly particular as speaker cable to connect the speaker hole to the speaker cabinet. All the cables must enjoy the standard 1/4" mono plugs(a given, but if you don't know, you need to know these things).
the best guidance i can give you is to turn to your local music store and have them show you how to hook it adjectives up.there is other a professional there who will answer adjectives your questions.
