I hold a carvin pa 1200 amp rate at 333 watts into 4 ohms?

can i switch the speakers out of my 8 ohm yamaha s15e's and replace the woofer with 4 ohm speakers and be ok.


Answers:    Yes.
Be sure you sign the cabinets near the new impedance if not someone may think it is ok to join more speakers to the chain and put smaller quantity than 4 ohms on the amp which could risk blowing it.
