Are computer DVD players region free?

Sorry to post such a similar question. I lately urgently need a reply because the DVD is for a present and if I don't decree soon it won't arrive in time.

Answers:    No, they tend to be coded for the specific region next to only a few switches available to you, but luckily it's a lot easier to manufacture them region free than stand-alone TV players.

Download a program called "DVD Region Killer" - it's free, small, and newly sits in the right-hand toolbar as for a moment planet symbol. It'll enable you to play any DVD from around the world contained by your player without physically varying it. You won't have to move or re-encode the DVDs at all, any - once it's installed, it just softly does its thing and doesn't have need of to be changed. Works beautifully!

If your asking if they fit adjectives computers I would say yes.
