when i bought my xbox360 about a year and a partly ago i shelled out the extra 50 to get the 2 year replacement plan. long story short, my xbox 360 lately fried and now bestuy wont silver it out because i dontve the box. it was a year and a partly ago and i've moved to another city since then. they never told me to maintain the box, can somebody please give me some guidance so i can remedy this today.
Answers: You don't have to enjoy a box. At best they can reduce the amount refund, but they can not out and out refuse. Tell the customer service individual you want a manager or your calling a legal representative.
Contact Microsoft at 18004MYXBOX. They have a 3 year warranty. Yours should still be covered.
