Which is better for me xbox360 or ps3?
*which do yall think would be better for me and cheapest contained by the long run (after needed accessories) and any personal experiences would be great.

Answers: Most quality games contained by production now out by the jump down of 2008 will be over 30gigs, and some will be over 45 by 2009. The 360 dvds can only hold 8 gigs , the ps3 blueray discs can hold 50 see and with trial compression it can hold up to 200 gig.

you are better off getting a ps3 because...
- ps3 have a built-in blu-ray player
-ps3 supports 1.3 HDMI which has rich colors and xbox supports 1.2 HDMI
- ps3 have much more and better exclusives, most of them cant go to xbox 360 because it cant fiddle with that many data(DVD- 8.5gb, blu-ray 50gb)
- because of the blu-ray's huge space, ps3 will enjoy WAY better graphics than 360
- online is free for ps3 not like 360
- ps3 will enjoy over 300 games released by this spring
- you can browse the internet on ps3, no such thing for xbox 360
- when developers catch used to the system, the graphics will be WAY better than 360. should take them a year to bring back used to it
- developers stated that they will start using ps3 as the lead platform and port ps3 games to xbox
- playstation home is coming out this spring, its a virtual community where on earth you can hang out near friends and customize your own apartment which xbox doesnt have(FREE)
- ps3 is a true HD console. xbox 360 upscale games to 1080p and ps3 DISPLAY games up to 1080p

- xbox 360: 33% hardware disaster

40gb: $399 beside spiderman 3 blu-ray
xbox 360(premium)- $349
(elite)- $449
if you want the accessories that ps3 comes next to, that would add up to over 700 dollars, so that scheme ps3 is actually cheaper and and 360 have many reported hardware issues. Graphics well the 360 is hardware locked into dx 9 and cannot shift full 3 d and 4d motion realism. The ps3 can....Even low terminate computers that came out a year ago can support dx10 ... I'd go near the PS3, overall a much better system and a media device. You can store music, movies, photos, etc on it. Also the Xbox isn't as reliable and a big percent of them seize the red ring of death and find messed up.
Also the PS3 is getting much better games now and if you want to compare cost including bits and pieces and features:
360: $350
HD-DVD player (HD-DVD is now late cuz Blu-ray): $200
No HDMI port, unless you buy the $450 Elite version.
So that would supply up to like $650 total for a HDMI equipped Xbox next to a HD movie player.
While the PS3 (40gb version) is $400 and already comes with a Blu-ray player and a HDMI port built surrounded by.
well i prefer the wii but i would jump for the 360.
