Is there any channel i could move pictures that i have on my phone onto the phone's memory card so that i can put the pictures on my computer?

depends on your phone...you can either use your phone and email them to your email address, or buy a usb cable to connect your phone to your laptop
you can move it on to your memory, but i warn you MOST phones will not consent to you take the memory card out, put it within something else to upload media to your computer, and put it rear in your phone. don't do it! If you do, when you put the card posterior in your phone it will engineer you format it.
