This device is restricted from downloading this profile type?

I just purchased a xv6800 from Verizon Wireless which is running Windows Mobile 6. When I attempt to approachable an attachment in emails I receive, or download apps (from Handango for instance), I get hold of an error stating that my device is restricted from downloading it. Does anyone know how to stop this? Ten points to the best answer of course.
Answer:    The solitary way to stop this is to bring back rid of Verizon. I had one and the same problem with my phone near them. Verizon blocks downloading of almost everything outside of their own software that charges you per download, and vastly limits what you can attain. Verizon does this so you will be forced to use their Get It Now software and download only the apps they agree to you download, and so that you have to money them every time you do so. There isn't any way to go and get around this without doing advanced phone software change, which would require seem edit and would void your warranty on your phone, along beside not allowing you to get any verizon firmware updates, or use their sync functions when you travel. And if you do these wrong, you can lastingly damage your phone. I hope this help.
