What is the best (top of the line) navigation system to put contained by my Mitsubishi Lancer GTS?
Answers: You don't need to spend $700, really. I run a Garmin 360 (I think). I presume Garmin is the best. They have two lines - the elder StreetPilot and the newer Nuvi. The Nuvi will do other stuff like play MP3 files but I didn't really necessitate that, so I got the StreetPilot but I suggest they have since be phased out (and I only bought mine this spring!). The Nuvis enjoy come down in price.
Garmin have a nice system, I don't have too heaps complaints. The only entity is to look for a model that speaks street names. Almost adjectives will say "voice direction" but in that are some low-end models (not sure about the Nuvis) that voice directions scrounging "Turn right in .1 mile"; you want to seize one that at least say the street name, approaching "In .1 mile, turn left onto Prescott Street".
I salaried $350 or so for mine, and I think you can achieve them for under $300 very soon. I'm not sure spending a lot more get you anything in jargon of GPS, it just seem like there's extra stuff resembling interrupting your cell phone on bluetooth, but if you don't care for that, procure the lowest one that speaks street names. The rest of the features don't enjoy much to do with GPS, a short time ago convenience of use if you need it.
