How can you fix the Auto-Reset on a Triton Topaz T100i electric shower?

The shower keeps going to Auto-Reset and making the sea go cold. We've tries turning the shower bad then on and turning rotten the shower at the isolator switch outside. We can't find any instructions on the internet via google, live, ask etc. Does anyone know how to sort it?
