Answers: I'm guessing that you unlocked your phone then you latter installed system upgrade v1.1.1 which bricked adjectives unlocked iPhones, making them just useless.
If specifically what you did and it cant turn on, well you hold a bricked iPhone and its not covered by Apple's warranty.
About the battery, the mobile can not be changed unless you crack open the phone. And this also voids the warranty. I guess all i can vote is that if you bricked (broke) your iPhone, because you unlocked it, BUT there Might be some well brought-up news to repair it but nearby is also the chance that that will not work to
