Can you use a USB wireless adapter on a Blackberry?

My cellphone provider has horrible plans for internet access, I am planning on getting the blackberry anyway, but wasn't sure if you could use a USB wireless adapter and pick up on any wireless meet people such as my own network at my apartment, my university's, or any public setting that offer wi-fi connectivity. I couldn't find anything on the blackberry website or anywhere else for that matter - a short time ago wondering if someone out there have an idea!

I enjoy a feeling it won't work - but I thought I'd ask anyway, I know the phone overall have high wellbeing standards.

Answers:    No, you cannot add a WiFi adapter. You can purchase a BB that does own WiFi built in. The most modern models hitting the street are the 8820 and the 8320.
