Answers: With the keyboard closed and the piece of equipment on Hard Reset by holding down the Left and Right Soft Keys and pressing the reset button with the stylus, after keeping the soft keys depressed.
The answer above mine is for the 8525. To reset the 8125, hold down the comm arranger button on the left side, and the top button on the right and press the stylus within the reset hole.
