Which is better, iphone, treo 750, or htc tilt?

I own a Treo 750 and is in conventional general expressions. I don't like the HTC because they want of a built-in keyboard, and is much faster and jammy pressing a button than using a stick everytime. If I had to choose between those two ones, I would choose the Treo.
On the other appendage, the Treo is not excellent. Windows Mobile is good, but not awesome, the device is a bit big and pouring, not much memory, poor camera... The iPhone is a more modern phone, with better software, more memory and better looks.
