You can switch the signature displayed when you send e-mail from your BlackBerry handheld. This signature is independent of any signatures you have created through Outlook or any other email client.
You can customize the signature added to email sent near your BlackBerry either by using the BlackBerry Desktop Manager or directly from the BlackBerry itself.
To evolution or delete your auto signature from your handheld, follow the directions below:
1. From the Messages screen, click the trackwheel and choose Options.
2. Select Email Settings and click the trackwheel.
3. Use the trackwheel to move the cursor to the Auto Signature dialog box and use the upright to enter a new auto signature.
Note: The handheld is configured to use auto signature by non-attendance. If you wish to use no signature, you can turn this side off at this blind. There is some latency between when you make change and when they take effect on the server. You may want to dispatch yourself test messages to verify that your signature change are working properly.
4. After you have made your change, click the trackwheel and choose Save.
