How to restore/virginize my 1.1.1 locked jailbroken iphone in the past taking it for service at the apple store?

Hi-
I'm having some hardware issues near my iphone. I ran appsnap via the net installer and have loved it. However, today I want to take the phone into the apple store to gain the earphone replaced.
What do I entail to do in demand for apple to have NO clue that I've hack into the phone? If they know then they won't service the phone.

If you knew how to hack it, you should know how to un-hack it.
you cant dude!! it sucks i know it happen to me i jailbraked mine and it messed up and apple send it backbone to me . there is folks that can fix them tho.
