it wont go away. atnt say its water mar but ive never dropped it in hose down. tried resetting (hard) and rebooting to my laptop but it doesnt even show that its connected to the laptop. im totally desperate. someone help!!
Answers: As a informatics administrator I have see this error all the time. It system the software on the BB has crashed. You stipulation to go to the blackberry website and download the handheld software and reload it using the desktop executive software.
