I agree with my colleague above, a moment ago remember you have to remember the password. If you forget it, you will own no recourse but to enter it ten times and then the device will wipe itself. I suggest that earlier you password protect your device that you use the desktop software and make a backup first and that you keep hold of a record of your password surrounded by a safe place. Several times a year I have to assist users within wiping their devices because they enjoy forgotten their password. Now if you are on a Blackberry Enterprise Server, you can contact your administrator and he/she will be able to reset it over the heavens for you. Hope this helps
