I can't capture Windows Media Player to recognise my Palm TX although the rest of the sync is working. Any tips?

I'm trying to upload music onto it but I'm hoping I don't need extra software


Answers:    sorry I don't have the answer but I sure want it. The same thing is occurring to me, except I have palm lifedrive. If you find out please relief me. Thanks
