XV6700: How do I disable the cellular internet dialer so internet individual go through the WiFi?

I've disabled the data service on my Verizon plan.

Now I'm trying to draw from my XV6700 to stop dialing #777 for every internet connection.

It picks up connections contained by the area and will connect to my school's encrypted introduce yourself, but I need it to connect to public networks/hotspots in need dialing out to Verizon.
