A relative bought me a Nintendo DS lite for Christmas. I charged it up & it seemed to work fine, the red light come on to indicate it was charging and switched stale 2-3 hours later when it be fully charged. When the battery go flat i plugged it in again & the ginger light come on for a few seconds later switches off. The console will work on AC power & I can still use it but as soon as I switch the console sour it will not charge. I would normally returm the item to the shop but this be bought from US (I have a adaptor to use for the UK) it will purloin ages to send rear & replace. Does any one have any thinking to fix this?
