Blackberry Curve/Prepaid Service?

Hi everyone. My story in a nutshell is that I've be wanting to buy a Blackberry for sometime now. I be about to the other hours of daylight when I heard that a Blackberry would not work near a prepaid phone service like T-Mobile To Go. Obviously I follow the practicalities of have a dataplan, but why pay for one when you are surrounded by wireless networks?

I know a Blackberry will work next to my T-Mobile prepaid account for call and sms, but will I be able to do zilch else even in field of wifi? I'm having trouble coming to expressions with this opinion seeing as my Nokia N80 has be getting me online fine/free (through wifi) for over a year now.

Any words of knowledge? Thanks

Answers:    If you purchase the BlackBerry 8320 you will be able to browse the Internet if you enjoy a WiFi connection and you use the WiFi browser. You do not own to have a information plan in directive to do that. You might have to give the name T-Mobile and ask them to enable the BlackBerry Feature Enabler within order for everything to work properly.

Below is a correlation to a thread on BlackBerryForums.com. It shows what can and can't be done without a facts plan:
