Answers: i recommend a concrete reset, takeout your stylus and take bad the battery cover. on the vanished side of the battery should be a tiny button that you can stick your stylus into, it will reset the phone....hold the power button (the red phone) on the front as you do this...continue for the palm symbol to come up and then consent to go, it should ask you if you want to erase adjectives data or not, hit up for yes...be warn it will completely clear your phone, but 9/10 times this is what works the best
My guess is it turns on when its plugged in right?
I really enjoy not heard of that problem back. It is a 650 so my guess is your up for an upgrade or you bought it cheap online because you wanted it. Thats fine...the solitary thing i can influence is try to reset it, contact palm on their website and see what they say...they might know how to help you...
