IPAQ 110 or 210 vs. IPOD TOUCH? pros and cons, which one would you buy??

The iPAQ 100 and 200 series (http://www.engadget.com/2007/09/06/hp-un... ) are PDA's feature WM6 and therefore offering set media features. The iPod Touch (http://www.engadget.com/2007/09/22/ipod-... ) is a medium player with VERY unsophisticated PDA functionality. Why would you compare them?
