How to take software for D66 mobile?

Hello all,
i own a D66 model of anycool mobile company from China

it's a dual sim card model

i need to use it as a webcamera next to my pc on window 2000

but i don't have the software

but winXp can certificate this mobile

any Info and links will be appreciated

so plzzzz help :)
