Help near bluetooth please?

ok i have a w800 phone but the cable have broke to trasfer my pics to my pc. i enjoy seen programs around to download bluetooth onto my notebook but im not sure on how it works. could someone please give me some recomendations and a moment or two info on how it works please? just want to transport pics to my pc from my phone, thats the biggest important piece but would also like to dispatch stuff from my pc to my phone if at adjectives possible.
i did download a bluetooth device to my pc but my phone didnt pick it up, am i doing something wrong?
please assistance!


Answers:    my husbands laptop doesn't come with blue tooth however we bought a small adapter similar size and look to a standard flash drive, once plugged surrounded by to a usb port it will try to connect both devices it will ask for password its generally other 0000 input this on both devices when prompted and then you are connected , immediately you will find each other straight away within future , you can verbs pictures music , files , videos adjectives via blue tooth either style from pc to mobile or vice versa. . also ps i too have a sony w800i and used it all the time near blue tooth never bothered with the cable unless be transferring whole music libaries as be quicker
