Videos on a palm tungsten E2?

I just get a palm Tungsten E2 and a memmory card for it.
How do I put a movie on it, and what format dose it need to be surrounded by.

Answers:    Depend on the software you will use to play it. A good one is TCPMP (), it's free and its compatible beside avi, mpeg, 3gp, dvix, ...
