BlackBerry Curve 8320?
Answers: You need install the PocketMac software instead of the software on the compact disc. It is available directly from Blackberry. I haven't used it, so I really can't help you near any of the features.
The Desktop Manager application won't work on an Apple computer. You need a different type of software.

I have a MacBook and realize that there is no Blackberry software for macs. So you are out of luck as far as using the Desktop Manager for your phone. I, however, also hold Windows XP Pro installed on my Mac, so I just boot up Windows to access the Desktop Manager.
However, if you own a miniSD card installed in your blackberry, and you simply plug your blackberry into your mac via USB, you should know how to see the blackberry as a mass storage device. Then you can just verbs music, videos, ringtones, etc, by that method.
