I can't seem to download any music to my mp4 player. I would put some muisc on my mp4 player, and press convert and it would voice converting , but when i check it to see if it on there it not click this knit to see what the mp4 player looks like

There is no particular brand first name for this type of player. It is just a generic mp4 player made surrounded by China. To get music on your player, you have need of to make sure the music files are within mp3 format. wma files may work as well, but sometimes do not. If your music files are surrounded by mp3 format, you can either simply drag and drop the files into the folder on the player where the music is to be stored or use the sync function within Windows Media player.
